A complete application to CCU School of Medicine contains the following:
The “Professional Letter” may be from a non-science professor or an employer, medical colleague, or other professional who can attest to the applicant’s character, academic, or work abilities.
Some applicants may be selected for an interview before their application file is reviewed by the Admissions Committee. These interviews will be conducted in the United States or via a webcam and Skype-enabled device.
Applications from eligible candidates will be reviewed not more than one year prior to their anticipated start date.
- A completed Application Form, send to apply@ccu.edu.bz
- Personal essay explaining the reasons why you want to become a physician (one page).
- CV/Resume. Official transcripts from each school, college or university attended (if you are not able to
- provide an official transcript at the time of application, you may provide an unofficial. We will require you to request an official once you have been accepted).
- Two letters of recommendatio
- Two passport size color photos (2”X2’’).
- Copy of your passport. A non-refundable $100 application fee is required at the time of application – you will be
- required to provide credit/debit card information at the end of your pdf application form. Your application will NOT be processed without this fee

Personal Statement

Must be typed with 1.5 line spacing and no less than one page and no more than two pages in length.

Must explain why the applicant is pursuing a career in medicine, what makes them a potential asset to CCU

Must include the applicant’s full name.
All official transcripts from each undergraduate, graduate, medical, and/or professional school the applicant has attended
